About Me
I am a graduate student at Georgia State University, where I will be receiving my Masters of Science in Organic Chemistry this summer. I received my Bachelors of Science in Chemistry May 2013. Chemistry is my passion. I enjoy learning and teaching this complicated subject
My experience includes a lead atlanta">tutor position for Future Seekers Inc. I tutored a group of seven high school students at one location, and at another location fifteen middle school students in all subjects. I am also I atlanta">tutor for the Student Support Services Department at Georgia State University.
In many subjects I am a fast learner, this means I am usually someone my friends and peers go to if they don't understand a concept. One reason I chose to become a atlanta">tutor is the opportunity I get to help students build a strong foundation. My first year in college taught me how important this is, and how easier courses become if someone has a strong foundation to build on. My experiences has also led me to believe that in order to be successful in a subject you have to study a particular way. You can't approach each subject with the same study methods.
