I have over 30 years of communications experience in the financial services industry and currently work as a freelance content writer. I also have a master's degree in creative writing and like to help people improve their reading and writing skills.

Experience

I've tutored students on a volunteer basis in SAT/GED test prep and resume writing. I've also written business communications for over 30 years.

Approach

My approach to reading and writing is to break things down into smaller sections and focus on how things are phrased and what the meaning is of each sentence or paragraph. As students get better at understanding each portion of written material, they can work to read and write faster.
