Fun Facts
I love to crochet after learning from my grandmother and made glow-in-the-dark keychains for all of my students as an end-of-the-year gift. I also started learning amigurumi which is crochet stuffed animals.
About Me
I am a graduate student obtaining my Masters in Education. I have taught English at the Middle School level for three years with high SOL pass rates each year. I specialize in essay writing and critical reading comprehension. I have also tutored reading at the lower elementary level. My licensure is for secondary-level education, so middle school is my strong area.

I am a dependable, hard-working, and innovative graduate student with a variety of skills developed through career fields in education and medical administration. I have excelled at projects that required multitasking, critical thinking, and attention to detail. One of my keys to success is my love of learning. As an educator, I tracked and analyzed student data to learn their strengths and weaknesses to develop differentiated learning experiences, and learned other content to help students outs
Approach
As a child, I was shy and had trouble making friends. I learned that if I excelled in education I could help my classmates and develop relationships with them. This desire to help others has guided me through career fields in medicine and now education with the goal of helping others obtain critical thinking skills that will help them succeed in life.
