I am a Medical Technologist, or Clinical Laboratory Scientist, and have been one since 1984. I graduated in 1999 with an MS in Education, Instruction and Curriculum Leadership.

I have taught coworkers and students about clinical testing.

Approach

I like to see how someone learns, and then teach them in that fashion. Does the student want a demonstration first, read about it first, or try it first. I teach to their learning style
