I started as a volunteer and I've been supporting the ESL team at Carroll Independent School District, translating, interpreting, and supporting Spanish-speaking families.

Experience

I've been working for Carroll ISD for the past 8 years supporting the ESL department.

Approach

As a second language learner, I totally understand and empathize with the newcomer students who don't speak the language and struggle at school.
