About Me
I am a 4th year medical student who has matched into internal medicine residency that will start in July. In the meantime, I would love to help with test prep or science tutoring. I have been a TA for several semesters and courses and therefore am skilled in teaching and active learning.
Experience
I have been a teaching assistant for 1 year for microbiology while in undergrad, which allowed me to also create a lecture during that time on genomic slicing. I also was a teaching assistant for physics 100 in undergrad and took a graduate anatomy dissection course where I was also a teaching assistant for undergraduate anatomy. I have completed the MCAT, Step 1, and Step 2. During this time I have invested in active learning techniques.
Approach
I think my biggest approach when I was a student was work smarter not harder. Developing schedules, staying organized, and optimizing studying time is my strategy.
