I am left-handed but right footed. I know a lot of random history and geography facts. I also enjoy learning about animals and nature.

About Me

I am graduating from Tarleton State University with a master's in mathematics and preparing to attend Southern Methodist University this fall for my PhD degree. My ultimate goal is to become a professor or perform research for a company.

Experience

During high school and college, I tutored students one on one in math and ESL to international students. I also have experience tutoring students in a center where any student can walk in and ask questions. Courses I have tutored in are basic algebra, pre-calculus, and calculus.

Approach

During college, I realized the most important factor in making a course enjoyable was the approach in learning. I strive to make sure that every student I tutor will have a deep understanding of the material while also incorporating fun and interesting applications of the content. I also teach my students to learn strong study and organization skills so they can succeed in future classes too!
