I have lived in six houses in my life, I am the oldest of four kids in my family, and I have two golden retriever dogs!

About Me

I am currently a sophomore Strategic Communication student at Texas Christian University. I'm originally from the suburbs of Chicago.

Experience

Through TCU, I have been awarded the The National Society of Leadership and Success and The National Society of Collegiate Scholar awards. I also made the honor roll in high school and was in the Spanish Honors Society all four years and feel that I am experienced within my education to be a successful tutor. I also have a 10 year old brother and would often help him with his homework.

Approach

Like most students, there were certain subjects that I struggled with more than others. I always appreciated teachers who would take the time to teach concepts to students who would take longer than others to comprehend material. I've learned that it doesn't mean those students aren't as smart, it just simply sometimes takes a different learning approach for the material to be absorbed.
