About Me

I completed an Associate Degree in Film and Television. While obtaining my degree I became familiar with using Adobe Creative Cloud. I also completed a career training program named the HOPE Program while in this program I built on my computer skills even though I am tech-savvy I was willing to learn to work with new software that I haven't worked with before.

Experience

As I was in college I constantly used Microsoft Office for numerous courses for essays and communicating with professors using Microsoft Outlook.

Approach

When I was a college student I struggled to learn from reading a textbook. The way I was able to learn in my courses was either to do things hands-on or follow the professors step-by-step, that's how I would approach helping others with their computer skills by being hands-on while using hardware. When it comes to helping others using software I would explain what I am doing then I would ask them to follow what I am doing. I am flexible with whatever pace they are comfortable using whether they
