One of my passions is learning about history. I enjoy seeing where we've been and where we may be going. I find history fascinating! I also love reading because it allows me to use my imagination, and I get to visit distant places without actually going there.

I am an extremely organized homeschool educator with experience teaching Pre-K through 8th Grade students. I possess a tenacious attitude and am able to see the potential in every student. I am college educated and have a professional background in medical assisting and medical coordination.

Approach

I use a gentle authoritative approach to learning. I believe that students deserve respect and a say in their educational journey. I understand that each child has a way that they learn best, and I structure my lessons to best accomodate my student's abilities and preferences.
