Fun Facts

I competed in the Scripps National Spelling Bee for three years, and I now coach students in their spelling bee preparation! Several of my students have won regional competitions and advanced to the finals of the National Spelling Bee.

About Me

I love to study literature and foreign languages. I am a proficient Spanish speaker, and I've studied Latin for over four years. I'm also an avid reader and writer, and I can provide help with literary analysis, whether you have a paper to write, a novel to interpret, or a poem to deconstruct!

Experience

In my six years of tutoring experience, I have provided assistance with spelling bee prep, SAT prep, writing, Spanish and Latin, and reading comprehension.

Approach

I aim to play an active role in students' learning while also encouraging students to develop effective study skills outside of class. I'm particularly skilled at helping people manage their time through the consistent use of schedules.
