Fun Facts

I have visited nearly 20 different countries. While it seems like quite a few, there are so many places out there I have yet to explore. I have been able to see countries like Poland, France, and Germany!

About Me

I’m a 2nd grade teacher working on my Masters degree in Social Work. Once I graduate, I will continue to teach, but in a different way. I love helping people learn and teaching them how to work through the things they may encounter in life.

Experience

I have been teaching for three years. My focus is K-2.

Approach

I enjoy learning and love to chat with students while teaching in order to help them see the big picture. This also encourages them to make connections from their own world to the lessons on hand in order to create new connections while learning. Having something to tie with the new learning can be very helpful for retention.
