About Me

I am a Molecular and Cell Biology major and Anthropology of Global Health minor at the connecticut">University of Connecticut. I am involved in the Filipino American Student Association on campus and plan to get my pathologist assistant master's after graduating.

Experience

Throughout high school, I volunteered to tutor children K-8th grade. At UConn, I am part of multiple studying groups that encourage other students to learn new studying methods and grow from each other.

Pre Calculus Tutoring

Having passed and excelled in both Calculus I and II at the University of Connecticut, I am well equipped with calculus knowledge and practice. Moreover, I took AP Calculus in high school and received an A in the course.

In high school, I took Advanced Chemistry and AP Chemistry and received A's in both classes. At the University of Connecticut, I have taken Chemistry I and Chemistry II as well as Biochemistry and Organic Chemistry I and II all with high marks. With these courses, I have had to use what I have learned from Chemistry I and II over and over again, repetition that has solidified my knowledge in the subject.

Most of the courses I have taken at the University of Connecticut require writing as a part of the course. This includes science courses with laboratory sections, anthropology courses, and more. Along with that, I have taken a writing course for my major and received in A in the course.
