I love foreign languages: I've formally studied five (Mandarin, Spanish, French, Russian, and German) and informally studied several more. I am an NBA fan and amateur Tai Chi practitioner.

About Me

I have lived in three different countries for over a year: the USA (20+), China (5), and Israel (10). I have a BA in international relations from Brown University and an MA in Diplomacy Studies from Tel-Aviv University.

Experience

I have tutored students of different ages and backgrounds since 2010. I specialize in foreign languages, math, and the social sciences.

Approach

I am a confident, patient, and knowledgeable teacher. While tutoring, I like to determine the student’s learning style—visual, auditory, kinesthetic, etc.—and then tailor my lessons accordingly. During my tutoring experiences, I often gave assessments to my students to evaluate their progress.
