About Me

I am a mechanical engineering and physics graduate from California State University, Long Beach. I intend to eventually return to school to pursue my Masters!

Experience

My tutoring experience began when I worked as a mechanical engineering tutor for California State University, Long Beach's engineering department. Once I graduated, I went on to be a math tutor at Dominguez High School.

Approach

Growing up, I struggled immensely with learning, especially when it came to processing and recalling information. As a child, it was very demoralizing to feel like my efforts were never enough. However, I had the help of patient and passionate teachers who genuinely wanted to see me succeed. They made me feel like I was capable despite how much I struggled. I want to be able to create that experience for other students.
