I love reading and looking for books at Goodwill and I am currently in the process of editing a close friend's fantasy novel. I also have three dogs: two rowdy boys and one blind German Shepherd which I adore.

About Me

I am a recent graduate from Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore. I've secured my BA in English, and am hopeful to begin teaching ESL abroad later this year or early 2025. I'm currently based in my hometown of Peoria, Arizona.

Experience

I worked as a tutor for Mathnasium for three years, providing homework help and a catered curriculum to students of all ages. I also often peer-edited papers of my fellow students throughout high school and college, and provided homework help for family and friends whenever I could.

Approach

Most things (other than physics) have come very easily to me in my academic life, and I have always been a fast learner who loved to develop a broad understanding of math, science, and English. What has also come very easily to me is educating and tutoring others. I love to reframe things and provide analogies or useful tools to make a subject more easily understood by others.
