About Me

Hello, my name is Arthur McLaurin. I am married with a little girl and Southaven MS is my home.

I work for Robert Half as an accountant at its Memphis location where my primary areas of concentration include tax compliance, financial reporting, treasury management, and expense analysis. I’ve been in the accounting field for over 10 years.

I am also a Major in the Army Reserves where I have over 15 years of service and my areas of concentration include finance, leader development, and Armor weapon systems. I joined the Army in 1998 as an enlisted member and later received a commission as an officer after receiving my bachelors degree from the University of Mississippi (Ole Miss) in 2003.

I received an MBA from Belhaven University in 2008. And I am currently in the process of pursuing my CPA.

Outside of the military and accounting, I contribute a considerable amount of time as a personal finance mentor in my church where I serve as one of the leaders in the financial awareness ministry since 2006. I also enjoy long distance running and horse back riding.
