I am a published researcher with interests in leadership development, diversity, inclusion, multiculturalism, and ethics. Currently, I serve as the Vice President of Strategic Management for the Communication Institute of Greece where he also serves as the annual presentation panel leader on international leadership and strategic management. I am an ardent supporter of community involvement and serve as Vice President of the Board of Directors for Meals on Wheels of New Rochelle, New York.
I earned a PhD from Carolina University in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, where my research focus was on organizational leadership and urban education, with a discipline in theological studies. I have an MS degree from Manhattanville University in Leadership and Strategic Management and undergraduate degrees from Concordia College and Monroe College in Business Management and Accounting.
Experience
I am currently a full graduate professor. I have over 30 years of experience leading and transforming organizations; with a distinguished record of accomplishment as an entrepreneur as well as leadership success with organizations such as Campbellās Soup, Pepperidge Farm, Coca-Cola, and Procter & Gamble.
Approach
I have been teaching in higher education for over 20 years. I particularly enjoy teaching students from diverse backgrounds, especially those who are from under-represented communities in society. The study of business can be very complex, but I attempt to make the concepts relatable as I incorporate professional experiences when trying to explain various topics.
