I've played soccer since I was 5 years old and currently love all things food science and fermentation! I moved to Colorado from Seattle so I spend as much time as I can outside in the sun.

About Me

I graduated with a Chemical Engineering degree from Purdue, with a focus in Food Sciences. I've worked in the food industry for the past 8 years, leading technical projects focused in chemistry and biology.

Experience

I started my tutoring career in high school, developing my school's first math tutoring program ran by students for students. I've tutored elementary school age up through college and I'm looking to rekindle my love of tutoring and mentoring. I was an honor role student at Purdue while also a student athlete so I understand work life balance.

Approach

While I understand the importance of testing well, I believe understanding the concept and rational behind the science is the best approach to truly learning new concepts. I'm patience, kind and love making mistakes in order to move through problems.
