One passion people quickly learn about me is books! I love to read and write every day. Another is arts and crafts! I love to encourage the creative side of learning every chance I get.

About Me

I am finishing my TEFL Degree and soon to become an English Teacher abroad. I have worked in and have gone to school for education for 3 years now and I can't see myself doing anything else. I love creating close bonds with my students and advocating for their education. I believe in nurturing all different learning styles and most importantly having fun through our lessons!

Experience

I have worked with preschool- elementary-age students for 2 years, and have tutored all age groups for 5 years! Currently finishing my TEFL practicum where I am teaching/tutoring actively.

Approach

I am a strong advocate for student-centered classrooms and lessons. I plan to use a needs analysis with each student to fully grasp their personality, weaknesses/ strengths, and goals for the class to center the lesson around them & their learning style in an interactive fun way while simultaneously providing the necessary structure for their learning goals.
