I am a reptile lover and have a pet lizard! I spend a lot of time online researching lizards and snakes, and hope to have a small collection someday.

About Me

I am a master's student in aerospace engineering with two more classes to go. I also have a day job in engineering with hopes of moving into aerospace/space applications.

Experience

I have tutored math and physics before as an undergraduate student. I worked for the athletics department teaching math and physics to student athletes. I also taught a class on MATLAB syntax for two semesters.

Approach

I believe that understanding why you are doing what you are doing is important to doing it right. Math is too often taught as pure memorization; there's a reason behind what you're doing and if you know it, you can reason your way through any math problem.
