Currently studying for my Masters, I have acquired multiple studying techniques throughout my academic years. Some of those techniques include organization, study guides and practice test. Based on the students learning style, I create study skills based on the student's needs.

As social studies being one of my favorite subjects, I have studied multiple sections in the subject area. My favorite topics include: geography (human and physical), reading maps, identifying symbols and landmarks and identifying states and cities. I can also teach difficult subject areas, such as basic economics, government, and important historical events.

General Music Tutoring

Throughout my 15 years of experience, I have studied and taught music theory (classical and jazz) in all age groups. I have taken courses such as: Intro to music, Jazz pedagogy, Jazz improvisation and theory and Jazz composing and arranging. I have also taken more contemporary courses, such as: film music, Hip-Hop courses and music industry courses.

Piano Tutoring

Throughout my 15 years of experience, I have taken multiple private piano lessons throughout my adolescence and college career. I have taken and taught private lessons for classical, jazz, and popular music. Lastly, I have done multiple performances for solo, small and with big bands.

Using Microsoft applications throughout my grade level and college experience, I am able to teach how to use Microsoft Excel. I am able to teach students how to use basic to advance Microsoft Excel functions. I can also teach students how to use Excel in both Mac and PC computers.
