About Me

I am currently a student at Texas Woman's University studying Biochemistry! I've been obsessed with the sciences since I was a child and now, I get to share that love with other students.

Experience

I ran my own tutoring service, TenZen Tutoring, during the pandemic and have also tutored for several years before. I continue to strive to the be the best educator I can possibly be by continuing my education and by learning new and innovative ways to teach young people!

Approach

I find that the best approaches are as follows:
1) Making the content relatable - students will learn things more easily when they realize what they're learning is applicable to their day-to-day lives.
2) Make learning fun - I don't like long lectures, and I don't like when the learning is not engaging. I want students to love what they're learning!
3) Have real conversations - students will have their own opinions and their own thoughts and I want to hear them! I've seen that when we give stude
