Fun Facts
I love spending time in nature, cooking delicious meals, reading, and hanging out with my pets.
About Me
I have an undergraduate degree in Psychology with a minor in Sociology. I am currently enrolled at Texas Woman’s University studying Speech-Language pathology. I have several years of early learning experience; I am very passionate about literacy and early learning skills. I look forward to connecting with you!
Experience
I have worked as a behavior technician, assistant teacher, 1:1 paraprofessional, nanny, and sensory-motor & skills coach. My primary experience is with early learners, who benefit from my compassionate and grounded approach.
Approach
I have worked with students with a variety of support needs. My journey as a neurodivergent individual within the public school system has given me a compassionate and unique outlook on the many ways that children are not getting their needs met. Research shows that the brain forms new connections faster in a play-based setting. I like to individualize and make learning fun, expanding beyond a worksheet whenever possible.
