7th Grade Math Tutoring

I have a few cousins in junior high that I currently help in math. I personally think junior high math is my favorite to learn and to teach as well. One of my duties as an Ex-paraprofessional was to tutor middle school students.

Physical Science Tutoring

I have a love for science and would love to teach students someday. I have never had the opportunity but i am looking forward to helping y'all out.

Health Tutoring

I am really passionate about the importance of health in our lives. Especially when it comes to our physical health and nutrition.

Reading Tutoring

I have always loved to read. Especially when given the chance to read novels. I love to hear about the different stories, imaginations, and perspectives on life. I also have a love for writing. This skill will help me teach students how to read properly and determine the best study skills.

Elementary Math Tutoring

I have gained a love for math. Especially teaching it. I have had multiple occasions where a sibling or cousin needed help with their math homework.

Drums Tutoring

I have taken couple of music classes throughout my lifetime. Within these classes, I was able to gain the skill of drums. As a dancer, I am also able to find the beat of a drum. This makes my drumming skill easier and ready to perform.

Piano Tutoring

Within my music classes growing up, I was taught how to read music, practice finger techniques on piano, and play specific chords. These skills alone, gave me the opportunity to perform and play piano with ease.

Voice (Music) Tutoring

I have taken a couple of singing classes as an adult. I know certain breathing techniques, how to read music, and the importance of water. Many other skills were gained in these courses. I personally have never taught anyone how to sing, but I am excited for the opportunity.

Graphic Design Tutoring

I was in a club called Future Business Leaders of America. Within this club, I gained skills of graphic design, videography, photography, and advertisement.

Microsoft PowerPoint Tutoring

I have taken a variety of classes which consisted of using Microsoft PowerPoint. I was also a member of a club called Future Business Leaders of America. By using Microsoft PowerPoint in the club, I gained the ability to give presentations and public speak.

Microsoft Windows Tutoring

Microsoft Windows has always been a part of my life since I was in middle school. I am now 24 years old and still use Microsoft windows as a platform for my studies. I look forward to guiding students how Microsoft Windows functions.

Microsoft Word Tutoring

I have taken multiple classes which consisted of using Microsoft word. This application is mainly used for writing. I look forward to guiding students through the application and how to properly use its functions.

Video Production Tutoring

I participated in club called FBLA. Within the club, I chose projects that consisted of video production. This skill helped me gain the opportunity to make movie trailers, public service announcements, etc. I look forward for the opportunity to teach young ones on video and movie production.

Basic Computer Skills Tutoring

This skill is very handy in today's world. As a college student, I especially need this skill in particular. Since I started using technology in 2014, I gained the knowledge how computers function.

Business Tutoring

I have taken a couple of business classes through BYU pathways and received two certificates in business as well.

English Tutoring

I chose to take higher English classes in high school to reach my full potential. I also took two English courses in college.

Math Tutoring

I decided to take a wide variety of mathematics in high school. These classes consist of: Algebra, Geometry, Precalculus, and Calculus.

Nutrition Tutoring

I took two five nutrition courses in my lifetime. Two in junior high, two in high school, and one in college.

Religion Tutoring

I have taken eight different religion classes pertaining to The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.

Spanish I Tutoring

I took Spanish 1 in high school and passed with flying colors.

Study Skills Tutoring

I have gained a skill to develop study habits and skills in order to better understand my full potential in school.

Writing Tutoring

Writing is my ultimate favorite subject to teach. I have taken higher English classes in high school. This helped me develop a skill of professional writing. I have always loved to write short stories and poetry since I was little.

Arts Tutoring

One of my ultimate passion is the arts. I never really took an art class, but I am naturally talented in that area. When it comes to drawing, painting, acting, performing, etc. I am a professional.

Music Theory Tutoring

I have taken a couple of music classes throughout the years. One of the skills gained in those classes was the ability to look up the history of music. by searching up different artists and their biography, I was better able to understand the meaning behind their music,

Spanish Tutoring

I have taken a couple of Spanish courses throughout my life. I can read and speak pretty fluently. I have never had the opportunity to teach, but I am definitely looking forward to it.

American Sign Language Tutoring

I took one class of sign language. I would love to teach elementary students their first year.

Microsoft Excel Tutoring

I have taken multiple courses that consisted of using Microsoft Excel. A couple in particular were business classes I took through BYU Pathways. I mainly use this application for budgeting and finances. There is also n=many different ways you can use the app as well. I look forward to teaching students about these functions.
