College Algebra Tutoring

I took college algebra when I was in high school taking community college courses and scored an A overall for the class. I am comfortable tutoring this subject area. I only took it once and breezed right through it.

Calculus I Tutoring

I received a grade of A in this class at Paul Quinn College. I had a great teacher in this important subject to prepare me for Calculus 2 dealing with Integral functions. I believe I have a lot to offer in this high level course through several techniques and shortcuts to verify solutions to the problems.

Math Tutoring

Regular math is no problem for me. I have a Bachelor's degree in it. I believe I can teach this subject with flying colors and provide detailed notes.

Trigonometry Tutoring

I took college trigonometry at Paul Quinn College and received an A for the course. I kept all my books regarding the subject if I need a refresher. Math is what I do and I consider myself a good tutor.

Pre Algebra Tutoring

Pre-Algebra is an easy subject for me I took in middle school. I loved working with numbers and calculation at the time. I received A's on all my papers for this subject and passed with flying colors.

Algebra Tutoring

Solving for unknown variables is what Algebra is about. I excelled in this particular course. I had no problems solving equations and graphing functions. I always had an A in the course and also Algebra 2.

Algebra II Tutoring

I see Algebra 2 as being able to perform complex calculations and work out multiple steps to one problem and verify its solution at the end to check the work in its entirety. I understand the depth and difficulty for the work. Also, it demonstrates dedication to look at notes and pay attention to the details of the questions being asked.

Calculus Tutoring

I have tutored this subject and Calculus 2 at a high level. I took these courses in high school and was considered proficient in it for the AP level. I also tutored at a nearby community college up to Calculus 2. I had a grade of A on my transcripts for both courses for my undergraduate.

Middle School Math Tutoring

My grades speak for themselves in this area. I was well taught in 8th grade math as well. I had advanced math in school and was in the talented and gifted program in my 8th grade year.

7th Grade Math Tutoring

I scored very highly in 7th grade and got highest GPA out of the entire student body for both 7th & 8th graders. Math was my strong suit thanks to my father who taught me at home and for good teachers who were well versed in the subject. I also attended Math Olympiad competitions.

Pre Calculus Tutoring

Pre-Calculus is another strong subject for me in which it deals with angles and trig functions. It helps prepare one for full blown calculus and gives you an appreciation on the subject once you have solidified your foundations in Pre-Cal. I received a grade of A in the community college at the time.

Geometry Tutoring

I love geometry. I took this course my freshman year in high school. I received top marks for providing proofs and stating theorems. I took the ACP test in it and got a high score. Geometry is dealing with angles and proving one can find others given less information by deduction an analysis.

Elementary Statistics Tutoring

I took statistics and received an A on my transcript. I plan to do my best in teaching this subject. I worked well with analyzing data and looking at numbers and what they represent on a graph or Z-score calculations.
