Fun Facts

I am very interested in creative arts and children’s books, I have always wanted to write and illustrate a book for children. I am always interested in anything creative and love to spread positivity about anyone’s creations and my own. Although I don’t have kids of my own, i spend a lot of time with my nephews aged 2 and 4, and they inspire me to continue working with children!

About Me

I am currently a preschool teacher working as a behavior technician for children with ASD. I am currently looking for new opportunities to work closely with children and help foster their learning and needs. I am going to school for an associates in Early Childhood Education, and plan to further my education!

Experience

I work mainly with children under the age of 5, but am getting my associate in arts in early childhood education and want to see where this takes me, whether it be art teaching or family education. I have 3 years of experience as an early learning/ preschool teacher!

Approach

Throughout elementary-middle school, I was very advanced in math, reading, and English and was always looking for extra credit activities to complete as everything was just so easy! Once I got to high school I struggled a bit with attendance and decided to complete my GED in 2020 while employed as a preschool teacher. I have strived to help the students in my classroom reach their full potential in learning and focusing on their strengths, so that they thrive in a more academic setting.
