I was born and raised in Iowa! :) I was a ballet dancer for 13 years. I used to show snakes at festivals and libraries! :)

I work as an Academic Advisor for ASU! :) Go Sun Devils!! Others would describe me as a positive, energetic guide for those on a path of growth toward realizing their potential. Free-spirited, yet organized in goal setting and communication to build strong relationships.

Experience

In previous jobs, I have been an outdoor educator and a science outreach educator for children of all ages! :) I have also been a success coach for online ASU students across the country!! :)

Approach

I grew up with dyslexia, a learning disability. Through the encouragement and patience of the caretakers around me, I grew to LOVE reading and learning. I want to teach students how to enjoy reading/math/science so they too can be lifelong learners.
