I am passionate about music and love to play the guitar, and bass, and sing. I have played the guitar for 6 years and plan to continue. I have also been to 35 U.S. states.

About Me

I am a junior at Florida International University majoring in Biochemistry. I love to learn and have an equal love for teaching. When I graduate, I hope to go to the University of Florida for my master's degree.

Experience

Throughout my four years of high school, I tutored my classmates as a member of the Math Honors Society as well as volunteered my time to assist all of my friends in History, Science, and English. In addition to my high school experience, I have tutored my younger brother throughout his educational journey and now he is one grade ahead.

Approach

Unlike most, I learn through concepts rather than rigid rules. It is through this learning method that I create new patterns of understanding for all the material I have learned over the years. When I tutor people, I teach them this new method of retaining concepts so that they can not only grasp what they are struggling with but can learn how to analyze more efficiently.
