Fun Facts

For the past 5 years, I've been a Vermonter. I worked on a dairy farm where the farm staff liked me so much that they named one of their calves "Kira"! She's 2 years old and has a little girl named Kit.

About Me

I am a graduate of Quinnipiac University (Go Bobcats!) with a background in Biology, focusing on environmental and agricultural studies. As someone who has worked in many positions in education, I am passionate about fostering a love for learning in my students, and I strive to create an engaging and supportive environment where curiosity thrives.

Experience

I bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to my teaching. I've had the privilege of working as an associate professor, teaching assistant, substitute teacher, and tutor, which has shaped my approach to education.

Approach

As a child, I struggled to keep up with the class, as I grew up with undiagnosed ADHD. I bring my empathy and compassion to the classroom to help students who may struggle with certain subjects.
