Fun Facts
I love to play bass, I own an upright bass and an electric bass. I play with a jazz band and my family band, and have been playing with both for several years.
About Me
I am a college sophomore pursuing a degree in Aerospace Engineering at ASU Barrett. I’ve always been drawn toward the critical thought process and amazing dedication of modern engineers, and have put these at the core of my past, present, and future endeavors.
Experience
I've tutored students in math/science at my high school tutoring club, acted as a TA for middle-high school students during a STEAM Summer camp, volunteered at community events such as a refugee bicycle repair and barbecue for the homeless in Berlin, built wood shelves for an elementary school by request, competed in numerous math competitions throughout high school (AMC, Community College-hosted, etc), and won awards at the Science Fair and SPARK App League programming competition.
Approach
Throughout middle and high school, I always repeated the question back to myself as if I had another person next to me to reflect problem-solving ideas on. Whenever I tutored in the past, I strove to listen carefully to students' questions and confusion. I know that having a person next to you to rephrase your ideas can help so much, and I want to help students the best I can by acting this way.

I completed Algebra II by 10th grade in high school, and have continued to utilize it into further math education. I have used algebra in math competitions like the AMC and other community college competitions. I have written a few sheets whose purpose is purely artistic, depending on the patterns of mathematics to plot curves inside the spreadsheet.

I have used Word and multiple other word processing softwares throughout high school, gaining a deep understanding of nearly every available editing element. I have used it throughout college for both written papers and note-taking. I have used it for my high school graduation thesis and am continuing to write my college advanced English thesis.
