Fun Facts
My biggest passion is to cook! I love looking for recipes any chance I get and seeing how I can modify them by adding personal touches of my favorite spices and sauces. I love playing soccer and have been playing for the past 12 years.
About Me
I am a Sophomore at the University of Arizona. I am double majoring in Accounting and Spanish with a concentration in translation and interpretation. I hope to complete my masters at the University of Arizona, as well. This would take me a step further in attaining my goal in becoming a Certified Public Accountant.
Experience
Being a member of the National Honor Society gave me much experience in working with high school student since I tutored students 2 a week my junior and senior years. Not only was I involved in working with others in school but also in my community, I coached a soccer girl's team of years and under and went on to have a very successful season. My senior year of high school I began working at a daycare center where I would take care of children ranging from ages 1 to 4 years.
Approach
I have always loved helping student from all ages. I believe that positive encouragement and strict rules are what students need to succeed in school. Gaining confidence while ding homework provides the confidence needed when taking tests, which improves grades and overall confidence in school. I believe that through practice anything is possible.
