I’ve been playing guitar since I was 12!
I have an orange cat named Franco.
I was born and raised in Houston, Texas. Outside of school, I love music—whether playing, listening, or going to live concerts. I adore my three younger sisters.

About Me

Hi! It’s Lexi! I moved to Arizona to pursue a degree in Psychology at NAU as a first-generation college student. I graduated high school with a 3.9.

Experience

As a former swim coach- private and group lessons- as well as having three younger sisters, I have plenty of experience working with young kids.
I’ve also mentored troubled girls at a Residential Boarding school.
I love learning, and moved to pursue my career, and I hope I get to share my love of knowledge!!
I also graduated a year ahead of my original high school class, and I’m at NAU on the Presidential Scholarship.

Approach

Growing up with ADHD, it was hard for me to pay attention in school. Teachers often brushed it off as me being disruptive or seeking attention. I was put into Advanced classes in elementary school where I learned to cope with my attention issues and then strived as a scholar.
I hope to do the same for other people struggling with school.
