Fun Facts
I love being outdoors! Anything that has to do with being outside is exciting to me. This includes running and hiking and sports, even though I have very minimal coordination. I also am very passionate about music, both in playing it myself and listening to music. I love reading and baking and learning as much about the world as I can!
About Me
I am currently a sophomore at the University of Arizona; this is my first year at the university and I am studying Aerospace Engineering and Spanish Literature. After graduation, I may either go on to graduate school or enter the industry to work on rockets!
Experience
I started tucson">tutoring in high school through National Honor Society. From this organization, I had the opportunity to tucson">tutor many different subjects. I was also recommended by one of my teachers to be a private tucson">tutor for math-middle-school/arizona/tucson">middle school math; this was my first private tucson">tutoring experience. Up to the present day, I have enjoyed helping others learn in many different subjects and working with others to create understanding.
Approach
I love to see those that I am working with understanding what they are learning. This means that it is not important to just know the material, but also knowing how to apply it. I learned how important this approach of learning was after I took AP Calculus with an amazing math teacher, and his problem solving helped me through classes like AP Physics and even university level general chemistry.
