Fun Facts
A fun fact about me is that I love anything related to music, whether singing, dancing, listening to it, or watching musicals. In high school, I was in the theatre clubs doing musicals, and now that I am in college, I have joined a dance club.
About Me
I am a Marist College freshman majoring in Accounting and minoring in business and PR. I plan to get my master's in accounting from Marist, too. When I was younger, math was always my best subject and the one I was most interested in learning.
Experience
I was a member of the National Honor Society in high school. I am currently a part of the Marist College Honors Program and am being inducted into the National Society of Leadership and Success. I was also a camp counsellor, so I have much experience working with kids. I would also sometimes babysit my neighbour, and during that, I would help her with schoolwork.
Approach
I always have difficulty understanding and analyzing in-depth readings, but luckily, I have teachers who are very patient with me and don't mind guiding me through them. As a tutor, I am very patient with kids; if they don't understand a topic, I will try to find an easier way to explain it to them.

When I babysat my neighbor when she was in elementary and middle school, she would always have math homework and I was always able to explain the work to her after about 5 minutes of explaining the topic to her she would know how to do the rest of the problems. I was also able to help out friends my age on their math homework and explain it to them and from what I explained they seemed to understand the topic a lot better.

I am majoring in Accounting and in high school I took two different accounting classes, one of them being a college-level course. For both of my classes, I got an A+, and the accounting class I am currently taking I have an A.
