I enjoy travelling; I would love to travel to different countries and take photos. I enjoy home decor; interior designing is both fun and creative. I enjoy spending time with family and friends; relationship building is important to create a happier life.

About Me

I am a first-generation college graduate. I have a Bachelor's degree in Women and Gender Studies and a minor in Communication Studies from San Francisco State University. I also have a Master of Public Policy (MPP) from Mills College in Oakland, CA.

Experience

I have worked as a preschool teacher for six years. Over recent years, I have also worked with some elementary and middle school students for one-on-one tutoring. I have worked with high school students through leadership roles but also provide college counselling, college essays, and scholarship research advice.

Approach

I use student's relatable interests to help them have a better understanding of concepts. I come in with patience and understanding of students' areas of opportunity. I want to create a plan that is engaging, effective and fun for students.
