I enjoy cooking and trying new foods. When a new restaurant opens near me I am one of the first to test it out.

About Me

I am a TCU and TAMUC graduate and have been in education for almost 10 years. I taught at the high school level for seven teaching English I, II, and IV and two years at the collegiate level teaching English 1301 and 1302.

Experience

I am passionate about giving students a quality education and support regardless of their background. In my almost 10 years in education, I have met with students with many different experiences, which has allowed me to learn how to meet the needs of students no matter their level or preexisting misconceptions about education.

Approach

It is ultimately my goal to provide excellent support to give students the confidence they need to be successful in school. In my time in school, I was not motivated until I began to receive tutoring support. I found someone who understood my learning process and took the time to explain the concepts to me in the way that reached me best. I plan to do that for my students as a tutor.
