I have lived in several states where I have been a successful tutor, including California, Texas, New Jersey, and New Mexico, and I have taught the English language overseas in Okinawa, Japan.

About Me

I am a Regional Vice President in the healthcare industry. I am currently enrolled in an MBA program and looking for supplemental opportunities to continue my education. I recently completed a certification program through Harvard School of Business.

Experience

My previous experience working at a community college allowed me to:
• Develop and implement systems for recruiting, selecting, training, assigning, and evaluating Upward Bound mentors and student workers. Assist the Director in recruiting, selecting, and orienting new participants. Assist the Director in statistical reporting and report generation.
• Serve as data coordinator for the Upward Bound Program by developing, organizing, compiling, verifying, and maintaining the project

Approach

As a first-generation college student who has successfully navigated corporate and professional challenges, I desire to continue helping students achieve similar goals.
