Psychology Tutoring

I took psychology in both high school and college, earning an A+ in both courses. Additionally, I have participated in numerous research studies and analyzed psychological articles, deepening my understanding of the field. One of my majors currently is also Psychology, and Im extremely passionate about the topic.

Ive spent years participating in writing competitions, and have always taken this course honors or AP. Ive tutored kids when it comes to them writing their college essays and/or personal statements. Writing is my favorite subject by far, as I think I carry the most knowledge for it.

I took many arts classes during summer my previous years( ceramics 1 and 2, crafts, and painting). I also took a children's craft class, which encouraged ways working with students and engaging with them using art!

In middle school, I picked up all of my study habits that help me even now, as a college student. Iv'e done trial and error with almost every study method one can imagine, which makes customizing study schedules for students very easy.

I took a health and performance class, and ended with an A+. I also took 4-5 health- related classes in high school, and ended with an A in each course, which helps be stay confident in my knowledge of this subject. I was also the president of HOSA at my high school, a health focused club.

I am currently doing my Bachelors of Science and am extremely passionate of the topic. Ive only ever had A's in all my science classes throughout high school, and have preferably always taken honors. I was also a big member of the science marathon at my school and enjoyed it.

Ive done an extensive amount of research on religion, particularly my own, Islam. I was a part time teacher for 3 years, and taught islamic studies and Quran, before moving to a special needs facility. I have also attended Islamic School since I was 7 and have a strong backbone for the topic.

Growing up south asian, Hindi/Urdu has always been my first language. I am fluent in both and have spent a lot of time back home to get a good grasp of the language.
