One fun fact about me is I have a good sense of humor and make learning fun.

About Me

I am in the social services and education fields, I earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Master's degree in Education. I have tutored K-5 grade learners and taught college-level courses as well. I am also a North Philadelphia Reading Captain.

Experience

I have experience as a reading tutor for K-5 grade learners, and taught undergraduate and graduate courses in various disciplines science/pennsylvania/philadelphia">Computer Science, Human Capital, and Organizational Leadership. I also helped learners read and helped my Godson's write a book trilogy.

Approach

My approach to teaching and learning is to foster a student-centred approach, meeting the students where they are academically and helping to turn weaknesses into strengths. I believe that all students can learn through well-designed instructions, and their willingness to learn and engage in the learning process in an ONLINE-only format. No in-person tutoring session will be scheduled.
