About Me
Hello. My name is Rhandi Tates. I graduated from Denton ISD High School and currently attend the University of Texas at Arlington. I aim to study Electrical Engineering and help create and build machinery that purifies our green environment.
Experience
Although I lack tutoring experience, I have notable academic achievements, including being accepted into the National Junior Honor Society (NJHS) from 2017 to 2019, earning engineering certifications, and graduating in the top 10% of my high school class. During my high school career, I participated in the Student Council (STUCO) and the Prom Committee, and joining the Honours College at UTA boosted my confidence in joining the Honours programming board to support community service initiatives.
Approach
As a child in an academically determined family, I always aimed for the highest in my education throughout my academic career. We value hard work and determination to make it through our studies. After finishing K-12, I realized how much I went through to get to this point. Education is important to me, and by helping others learn the importance of education, I would achieve my goal of helping those who work harder to aim higher.
