Fun Facts

I just love people of all ages and nationalities with no pre-judgment at all! I am very young at heart despite my age because of all God has done for me in my lifetime! I have 4 kids and 6 grandkids, and do not look like I am older than 30 years old, people say! I love to work outside as much as possible to stay physically fit! I love to sing as well! I love eating very healthy and love creating my herbal tinctures!

About Me

I am a Technology Trainer and Marketing Expert, I am currently seeking certifications for Online Digital Marketing to build my own websites and online campaign to do Bookkeeping and Taxes for small businesses eventually. I would love to teach students about money management and budgeting! I walk about 7 hours a day for my full-time job as a Marketing Representative for Weedman Lawn Care, and that is the best part of my job! I am outside in all kinds of different weather, walking and talking to potential customers all day! I am also a strong networker and help provide resources for people looking for help with just about anything in their lives, especially jobs. Always looking to help someone and solve whatever problems they are facing to encourage them and help create change in their lives! I love to stay busy and work at least 12-14 hours a day when possible!

Experience

While attending college during a very difficult time in my life, I found myself working in Career Services to help students connect with potential employers to align them with jobs that matched their educational goals. I worked with the Lifelong Learning Members program for ages 55 and older, offering various classes that they could enroll in and continue their educational journey for a lifetime. After graduating, I was invited by the University to work with students within the Trio department

Approach

I have witnessed so many people who struggle in school when they are young and lack the proper skills to become successful adults within the community, with little or no support at all as they grow up. As adults, people are dismissed and barely qualify for low-paying jobs, cannot afford college, and most time find themselves living in poverty, seriously lacking the ability to survive in this world.
