I’m into hiking, film photography, and I enjoy staying active and learning new skills. I’ve always had a strong grasp of math and like helping others feel more confident with it.

About Me

I’ve completed the full math series through Calculus II as part of my econ program at UC Davis, and I’m confident working with high school and college-level math. I also have a background in real estate, so explaining things clearly and patiently is second nature. In my college career, I have achieved academic prowess in the achievements of scholarships and dean's list.

Experience

During my time at Davis, I often helped classmates in my stats courses, especially with concepts like regression, probability, and data interpretation. I’ve held small study sessions before exams and found I enjoy walking people through problems.

Approach

I keep things simple, break down problems into manageable steps, and try to make sure it’s being presented in a way that is consistent. I’m all about building confidence and showing students how math can be kind of fun when it finally clicks. I used to think math was my worst subject, and I found myself struggling quite a bit until I would see my professors every office hour for tutoring. So in a way, I understand how to teach math in a learnable manner.
