I am a proud graduate of East Carolina University, where I earned both my BSBA and MBA, and of Strayer University, where I completed my MSA. With over two decades in the financial industry, I put my accounting expertise to work every day, analyzing data, solving problems, and helping businesses and individuals make sound financial decisions.

Beyond my professional work, I am passionate about giving back. I mentor several students, sharing knowledge, guidance, and encouragement to help them achieve their academic and career goals. My career is driven by a commitment to excellence, a love of lifelong learning, and a genuine desire to see others succeed.

Growing up, I was extremely shy and hesitant to ask questions when I didn’t understand something in class. Instead, I would take the lesson home, study it on my own, and teach myself how to master the material. That habit stayed with me over the years, shaping me into a self-learner who actively seeks knowledge. Today, this skill allows me to break down complex topics and teach them to my peers in a way that is clear, relatable, and easy to understand.
