One interesting thing about me, I love cars! I enjoy going to car shows when have time and seeing all the interesting builds. Also I am the oldest by 11 years, big age gap, I know.

About Me

I am a current master's student working in a lab at UTD and will be applying for a PhD. My current research involves microbiology and the production of secondary metabolites.

Experience

I have taught as a pre-school teacher before, so I know that teaching with a patient and supportive mindset is important no matter the age.

Approach

I am hard-of-hearing and understand how difficult it can be to learn topics in school, so I've learned that being patient and teaching at a pace students can understand is critical to understanding the material.
