About Me
I graduated from Texas A&M University–Kingsville in 2020 with a degree in Biomedical Science and am now pursuing a master’s in chemical engineering at UTSA. With 5 years of teaching experience across elementary, middle, and high school, I enjoy helping students build confidence in learning.
Experience
I earned my degree in Biomedical Science from Texas A&M University–Kingsville in 2020 and am currently pursuing a Master’s in Chemical Engineering at UTSA. Over the past 5 years, I have taught and tutored students at the elementary, middle, and high school levels. During this time, I’ve successfully helped many low-scoring students improve their STAAR test results through personalized tutoring and focused test preparation.
Approach
As a student, I often felt the need for one-on-one support but didn’t always receive it. That experience taught me how important it is for every child to have access to the right resources and guidance. In my tutoring sessions, I focus on building a supportive and encouraging environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, practising at their own pace, and gaining confidence along the way.
