I love anything summer! Having some watermelon at the beach on a warm, summer day is my idea of perfect! I enjoy traveling and have already seen many countries in Europe, Asia, and South America.

About Me

I graduated from California Polytechnic University-Pomona in 2010 with a degree in International Business & Marketing. I have always enjoyed both mentoring and educating children. I am bilingual and am grateful for the fact that I can help facilitate learning for ESL students.

I was a camp counselor at Camp Cayuga where I helped 5-7 year old children with the basics, such as brushing their teeth, as well as more complex situations, such as reading, writing, and hiking! I was an Independent Tutor throughout college and had the opportunity to tutor college students in subjects such as English, Statistics, Accounting, & Finance to name a few.

Making learning fun is key in maintaining the student's engagement. I therefore try to build a relationship with the student in order to throughly understand their thinking process and adapt to their learning style. My goal is to create a fun learning environment that leaves the student excited for their next tutoring session.
