Approach
I did not like school as a child or teenager, and then I found college. College was a completely different world for me. It was full of respect and various types of learning with relationship building I had not experienced in primary, middle or high school. That’s when I knew I had to go into education to change that experience for students. And I did for many. I am still friends with many of my old students, and I know I was able to help them enjoy their younger years in school and make a difference
