Fun Facts

I absolutely love thrifting! Whether I am at a yard sale, Goodwill, or Savers, you can always find me thrifting in my free time. I also enjoy a good DIY (Do it yourself) project, and baking! Lastly, I enjoy doing arts n’ crafts with the children in my family, especially during the holidays.

About Me

I am a Substitute Teacher for grades K-12. I will be starting my Graduate program in the spring of 2026. I hope to receive my Master's in Applied Behavioral Analysis by 2028.

Experience

I have tutored on and off for about five years. I have worked with a variety of students and subjects. The subjects I have the most experience with are Math and Science.

Approach

I struggled as a young learner with dyslexia. When I found out I had it, I lost my academic confidence. Fortunately, I was able to seek and receive help from a school-based tutor and gain back my confidence. This is the “why” behind my tutoring. Tailoring each lesson to fit the learner's academic needs is the “how”.
