Fun Facts
I’m a science/maryland/baltimore">Computer Science major at Towson who actually enjoys math and problem-solving. When I’m not working on code or assignments, I like boxing, watching sports, and building small tech projects for fun.
About Me
I’m a science/maryland/baltimore">Computer Science student on the Cyber Operations track with a 3.92 major GPA. I’m strong in math (especially algebra and calculus) and science/maryland/baltimore">computer science, and I like helping students go from “this makes no sense” to “oh, that’s not so bad.” I focus on keeping things clear, calm, and encouraging.
Experience
I’ve helped classmates and younger students with algebra, precalculus, calculus, and intro programming. I’ve led study sessions before tests and walked friends through homework step by step. Those experiences taught me how to explain the same idea in different ways until it clicks.
Approach
First, I figure out what part is actually confusing, then we break the problem into smaller steps. I use simple language, lots of examples, and check in often to make sure you’re following. My goal is to build skills and confidence, not just get through one assignment.

Algebra Tutoring
I am a Computer Science major at Towson University with a strong math background, including algebra and calculus. I’m very comfortable with core algebra skills like solving equations, working with inequalities, and graphing lines. I focus on helping students understand why each step works, not just how to follow a formula. My goal is to make algebra feel logical and manageable instead of confusing.
Algebra II Tutoring
I have completed advanced math courses that build directly on Algebra II topics such as functions, quadratics, exponentials, and logarithms. Because I use these ideas in my college math and computer science classes, I can explain how they connect and why they matter. When I tutor Algebra II, I break down multi-step problems into smaller pieces so students don’t feel overwhelmed. I also like to use patterns and real examples to help the material stick.
Computer Science Tutoring
I am a Computer Science major at Towson University and regularly work with programming concepts like variables, conditionals, loops, functions, and basic data structures. I’ve helped classmates and friends prepare for coding quizzes, projects, and exams. I know how frustrating it can feel when code “just won’t work,” so I focus on reading error messages, debugging step by step, and building good problem-solving habits. I can support students in both the logic side of computer science and the syntax of common beginner languages.
Math Tutoring
Because I use math every day in my computer science and college courses, I have a solid foundation across algebra, precalculus ideas, and problem-solving skills. I’ve helped students review for tests, organize their notes, and practice different types of math problems until they feel confident. I’m patient and willing to explain the same concept in a few different ways until it clicks. My goal is to help students feel more in control of their math classes, not just “get through” the homework.
7th Grade Math Tutoring
I enjoy working with middle school students who are starting to move from basic arithmetic into more abstract math. I can help with fractions, decimals, ratios, basic equations, and early geometry topics that usually show up in 7th grade. I focus on building strong habits, like showing work clearly and checking answers. I try to keep things relaxed and encouraging so students feel comfortable asking questions when they’re stuck.
Middle School Math Tutoring
I am comfortable helping middle school students in grades 6–8 with core math skills such as operations with integers, fractions and decimals, proportions, percent problems, and introductory algebra. I know this is a key stage where students either gain confidence or start to feel “bad at math,” so I work hard to make explanations clear and supportive. I like to connect math problems to everyday situations so students can see the purpose behind what they’re learning. My goal is to build a solid foundation that will help them succeed in high school math.
Pre Algebra Tutoring
Pre-Algebra is the bridge between basic arithmetic and full Algebra, and I’ve used these skills in both high school and college-level math. I can help students with topics like combining like terms, simple equations, exponents, and working with negative numbers. I focus on making sure students really understand the rules and patterns so that Algebra feels much less scary later on. I’m patient and always encourage questions, even about steps that seem “small,” because those details usually matter most.
